On-time delivery = +3 points. More points = priority access to better cards.
💡 Key rule: No response costs you −1 point. Declining is free. Always decline rather than ignore — the card automatically moves to the next editor.

First to be offered cards. Highest trust — best jobs available.

Standard pool. Offered cards after the Priority tier.

25 – 49 pts
Restricted access. Only offered cards when no one else is available.
Suspended
0 – 24 pts
No cards received. Reactivation is manual only.

Each editor receives at most one new card per dispatch run.

Max. 2 Active Cards
An editor can hold at most 2 cards simultaneously (pending + accepted).

2h Acceptance Window
No response within 2 hours triggers auto-rotation to the next editor.

48h Cooldown After Decline
Declined cards won't be re-offered to the same editor for 48 hours.

Label = Already Assigned
Any card with a label (even manually set) is always skipped by dispatch.
